Robert is married to Michelle and they have three children: Jonathan, Rebekah, and Justin. Robert graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in engineering. After working as an engineer he followed the calling of the Lord to prepare himself for gospel ministry. He graduated from Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia in May of 2005 and was ordained in August of 2005.

Dr. Craig R. Rowe is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America. He and his wife Sue have four grown children. He graduated from Westminster Theological Seminary Philadelphia, PA, in 1973 with a Masters of Divinity, and in 1996 he received the Doctorate of Ministry in Counseling. He brings 26 years of pastoral experience and five years of full-time counseling and teaching experience to this ministry. Dr. Rowe is a Fellow with the National Association of Nouthetic Counselors, and he regularly teaches at their annual conference. He is an associate pastor at Trinity Presbyterian Church.

Mr. Mullinax is married to Shelby & they have three children; Maddy, Meredith & Morgan. He came to faith in Christ while a student at Georgia Southern University where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Sociology in 1993. Phil & Shelby joined Trinity Presbyterian in 1994. They attended DALFA Spanish Language School in San Jose, Costa Rica in 1997 where they graduated with a Diploma from the 1 Year course of study. Following language school, they served two years in Latin America (Colombia & Ecuador) with Mission to the World. Their primary work was with young people. At the conclusion of their term with MTW, they returned to Trinity where Phil took the position of Director of Youth & Hispanic Ministries. In 2003 he transitioned to Trinity Christian School as the Athletic Director & Spanish teacher. Mr. Mullinax still serves as the Director of Hispanic Ministries on a part time basis.
